1. About the service

Coffee Beans is an entertainment platform where registered users hold Coffee Beans for poker play, purchases via our store, and approved redemptions. By logging in with Telegram you confirm you are at least 18 (or the legal age in your region) and accept these terms.

2. Accounts

Accounts are tied to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse referrals or payments.

3. Coffee Beans

Coffee Beans are in-platform units—not bank deposits. They are credited after verified store purchases and debited when you play or when an approved redeem is processed. Balances may be adjusted to correct errors or chargebacks.

4. Purchases

Buy packages through our WooCommerce / PayPal checkout. Points are added automatically when payment is confirmed and matched to your user ID. Keep your checkout notes accurate if instructed. Chargebacks may result in suspension and reversal of points.

5. Redemptions

Redeem requests are reviewed manually. Payouts go to bKash, Nagad, USDT, or other enabled methods. Points are deducted only after approval. Incorrect account details are your responsibility.

6. Poker & games

Poker is heads-up entertainment against automated opponents. Outcomes use standard hand rankings. Bets are final once a hand completes. Play responsibly—only wager what you can afford to lose.

7. Referrals

Referral links credit commissions on qualifying buy and redeem activity from referred users, at the rate shown in your dashboard. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or incentive spam are prohibited.

8. Fairness & limits

We operate the platform in good faith and may update game parameters, packages, or payout methods with notice when practical. Maintenance windows may temporarily limit access.
